The Museum at FIT Named Fourth Among New York City’s Ten Best Small Museums by Condé Nast Traveler

The Museum at FIT has been listed in the fourth spot on Condé Nast Traveler’s list of Ten Best Small Museums in New York City, a compilation of institutions that offer “plenty of history and culture in smaller, easily navigable spaces.”

Amy Plitt writes: “The Fashion Institute of Technology’s on-site museum is a haven for fashionistas, with exhibits that look at every aspect of fashion, from the historical garments that inspire current looks to the celebrities who don couture clothing. The best part: While the duds on view (by Halston, Yves Saint Laurent, Chanel, and other iconic designers) may be pricey, admission to the museum itself is free.”
