Art Market Panel Discussion: Snowed-In: Art in the Age of Surveillance

Students in the Art Market MA program present a panel discussion about surveillance, from personal data mining to government and corporate spying and tracking. Artists, scientists, and scholars Allison Burtch, Paolo Cirio, Adam Harvey, and Karen Levy will discuss the impact of surveillance on their personal practices and on how we navigate physical and digital spaces. History of Art faculty member Sandra Skurvida will moderate. This presentation is part of the Art Market class of 2016’s required coursework.
