Anna Blume’s Research to Be Published in Archeology This Summer

Research conducted by Anna Blume, History of Art, during her fall 2016 sabbatical at the American Museum of Natural History will be featured in the July/August issue of Archeology, a publication of the Archaeological Institute of America. Her work focused on ancient Native American hunting accessories known as bannerstone. Blume will continue her research over the next several years, which will culminate in several scholarly articles as well as an FIT Bannerstone Project public access website, which will be housed on the FIT Special Collections website.
