Spring 2018 Wellness Schedule

FIT wellness schedule times

The Student-Faculty Corporation offers free lunchtime exercise classes for all faculty and staff:

February 5 through May 4

Mondays—Body Toning, noon–1 p.m., Auxiliary Gym, Room AX39
Tuesdays—Pilates, 1–2 p.m., Room BX28
Wednesdays—Spinning, noon–1 p.m., Spin Studio, Room BX13
Thursdays—Yoga, 1–2 p.m., Movement Room, Room AX25
Fridays—Boot Camp, 1–2 p.m., Auxiliary Gym, Room AX39

No classes will be held the week of spring break, March 26-30. 

Locker and shower facilities are located near the gym area. You may use a locker only during class time, must bring your own combination lock, and must empty your locker after class.
