EAP Lunchtime Seminar: Keep Your Cool: A Stress Management Guide and Plan

This workshop will teach participants to recognize their “emotional triggers”  that release the stress hormone cortisol, give them a plan to take back control of their emotions, and de-stress. The ultimate goal is a calmer life and better relationships. Funding for EAP programs is provided in part by the Student Faculty Corporation. For more information and to RSVP, contact Robin Zarel, 75600.
