Dr. Shadia Sachedina joined FIT as assistant vice president and dean of students in the division of Enrollment Management and Student Success in at the beginning of the fall 2015 semester. Sachedina is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the offices of Athletics and Recreation, Counseling, Disability Services (FIT-ABLE), EOP, Health Services, Residential Life, and Student Life. Previously, Sachedina was director of Student Life at Baruch College, City University of New York, where she has also served as associate director of the office of Student Life and as student affairs coordinator.
