English and Communication Studies Faculty Member’s Film Remembered by UN

The United Nations is showing Ted Folke’s film To Be Thirty to commemorate the organization’s 70th anniversary. The film was originally commissioned for the UN’s 30th anniversary in 1975. Featuring a soundtrack by Pink Floyd, To Be Thirty has won many awards and is one of the most popular films ever made by United Nations Television.
