Social Sciences Chair’s Research Cited in Newspaper Editorial

Paul Clement’s research was cited in two editorials in the Guyana Times, titled “Why Integration is On ‘Pause,'” and “Saving CSME,” about the movement to organize Caribbean states into a larger whole. The articles referred to Clement’s paper “Implementation Deficit: Why Member States Do Not Comply With Caricom Directives,” which he presented at the Forum on the Future of the Caribbean last year.
