Spring 2016 Wellness Schedule

The Student-Faculty Corporation offers free lunchtime exercise classes for all faculty and staff:

February 1 through May 20

Mondays—Pilates, 1-2 pm, Room BX28
Tuesdays—Body Toning, 1-2 pm, Room BX28
Wednesdays—Cardio Core, noon-1 pm, Room AX39
Thursdays—Yoga, 1-2 pm, Room AX25
Fridays—Boot Camp, 1-2 pm, Room AX39

Note: No classes will be held during Spring Recess, March 21-27

Locker and shower facilities are located near the gym area. You may use a locker only during class time, must bring your own combination lock, and must empty your locker after class. Eco-friendly mats are available for purchase at a discounted price of $13; bring a check, payable to FIT Student Faculty Corporation, to Human Resources, 236 West 27th Street, 11th floor.
