Black History Month Opening Program and Keynote Address

Yolanda Sealy-RuizProfessor Yolanda Sealy-Ruiz of Teachers College, Columbia University will be the keynote speaker for the opening of Black History Month. The national theme for Black History Month is African Americans and the Vote.
