FIT Biodesign Challenge Presentations

Please join us for the final presentations from students in the FIT Biodesign Challenge. Presentations will start at 6 pm, followed by a reception and interactive presentations by the teams. Light refreshments will be served.

These students have worked all semester on identifying global problems and designing solutions inspired by and using nature and sustainable materials. Teams will be judges by a panel of expert judges made up of FIT faculty and staff; the winner of our internal competition will go on to compete in the Biodesign Challenge Summit at the Museum of Modern Art and Parsons School of Design on June 20 and 21. Teams will also have the opportunity to compete for specific prizes, including the Stella McCartney Prize for Sustainable Fashion and the Orta Prize for Bioinspired Textiles Processes.
