Saturday Church Screening and Panel Discussion

In celebration of FIT’s LGBTQI community, come to a free screening of the 2018 film Saturday Church and panel discussion with the film’s star, Luka Kain. The film follows “Ulysses, a shy and effeminate boy, who is struggling with questions about his gender identity. He finds an escape by creating a world of fantasy filled with dance and music. Ulysses’ journey takes a turn for the better when he finds a vibrant transgender community.”

A panel comprised of FIT community members will join Luka in discussion of issues surrounding societal perceptions and self realization.
