SPIN Funding Database Training

The Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs will hold a training session on how to use SPIN, the subscription-based grants database that is free for FIT community members. Participants may attend the training session in person or log in remotely. The webinar/training session will be facilitated by William DeCocco of InfoEd Global, the company that operates SPIN.

The SPIN training will teach users how to:

• Search grants specifically in their area(s) of interest
• Find grant deadlines and requirements
• Set up SPIN Smarts for daily e-blasts with grants of special interest

Seasonal refreshments will be served.

Registration is not required, but it helps with planning. Please register by emailing Jennifer Jones at [email protected]. The location of the on-campus session will be given to participants when they register.
