Elizabeth Cassidy, Fashion Illustration and Advertising Design ’71, has distributed more than 70,000 small cards with inspiring messages and artwork of her own creation called Little Love Letters: A Peaceful Revolution. She began the project after the Pulse nightclub massacre in 2016, as a way to spread hope and comfort in an increasingly cruel world. She and dozens of allies worldwide hand them out and leave them in libraries, grocery stores, and other public places. “It’s a little card to say, ‘I see you. You matter.’”
