Artist Talk: Sue Muskat: Asking Questions

Please join us in the Art and Design Gallery lobby for one of two informal discussions with artist Sue Muskat on the occasion of her exhibition at the Art and Design Gallery.

Sue Muskat’s paintings merge image and word, raising the question of which the mind perceives first. The mind’s journey between the left and right brain allows for simultaneous interpretation. Muskat’s art challenges viewers with varied content and prompts them to remain open, tolerant, and questioning.

About the Art and Design Gallery

The Art and Design Gallery brings together FIT students, faculty, alumni, and guest artists in each exhibition. The gallery, located in the glass-walled lobby of FIT’s Pomerantz Center, is a window into the college and a window out, serving as a space to foster learning and innovation.

The gallery is open from 9 am to 6 pm daily.
