CET Discussion: Does Your Curriculum Encourage Inclusive Design?

The Center for Excellence in Teaching holds a workshop to explore a design curriculum that meets the needs of a diverse population. Cynthia Leibrock, the principal/founder of Easy Access to Health, LLC, is an interior designer, international lecturer, and author of numerous books on the subject. She will join FIT faculty members Grazyna Pilatowicz, Interior Design; Judy Ellis, Toy Design; Sandra Krasovec, Packaging Design; Barbara Trippeer, Fashion Design: Apparel; and Joseph Plutz, FIT-ABLE for an in-depth look at universal and inclusive design and its place in the design curriculum. You will also have the opportunity to meet students who will share products they designed for the Cerebral Palsy Association.
