A Celebration of National Native American Heritage Month

November 19 at 11:00 am - 8:00 pm

This celebration highlights Indigenous peoples’ individual relationships and cultures, and how they draw inspiration from traditional practices while producing work that authentically reflects the artists’ lived experiences. Together, panelists will explore new pathways for the future, including entrepreneurship, history, and the experiences of next-generation Indigenous creatives. This event is a powerful representation of the diverse voices and perspectives within the Indigenous community, highlighting the unique and innovative approaches designers and other creatives take in their work.

Highlights include a panel discussion with Indigenous artists about broadening the definitions of their work; a fireside chat with entrepreneurs Amy Denet Deal and Renee Hunter; a performance by Lucaa; and a pop-up with work by Indigenous artists.
