Bernard Dillard was featured in the March 2015 issue of the RAND Alumni Bulletin. When he was a graduate student at the University of Maryland, he was among a few chosen from a nationwide pool to be a summer associate at RAND, a research think tank in Santa Monica, CA, where the associates conduct research on policy-based projects.
