Science and Mathematics Faculty Member Collaborates on Ocean Planning Website

Arthur Kopelman’s organization, Coastal Research and and Education Society of Long Island (CRESLI), which studies marine mammals and sea turtles in the waters of Long Island and New England, is participating in a web sharing project called Keep the Ocean Working. The website is a place for ocean users (fisheries, tourism companies, shippers, conservationists, scientists) to share their information and collaborate to create a plan for the future of the world’s oceans.
