Fall 2016 Wellness Schedule

The Student-Faculty Corporation offers free lunchtime exercise classes for all faculty and staff:

September 6 through December 16

Mondays—Cardio Core, 1–2 pm, Room BX28
Tuesdays—Body Toning, 1–2 pm, Room BX28
Wednesdays—Pilates, 1–2 pm, Room AX25
Thursdays—Yoga, 1–2 pm, Room AX25
Fridays—Boot Camp, 1–2 pm, Room AX39

Locker and shower facilities are located near the gym area. You may use a locker only during class time, must bring your own combination lock, and must empty your locker after class. Eco-friendly mats are available for purchase at a discounted price of $13; bring a check, payable to FIT Student Faculty Corporation, to Human Resources, 236 West 27th Street, 11th floor.
