Want to research grants, but not sure how? The Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs will hold a webinar on Friday, October 27, from 10 to 11 am to teach participants how to use SPIN, the subscription-based grants database that is free for FIT community members.

This SPIN webinar will teach users how to find:

  • Grants in their specific area(s) of interest
  • Current grant deadlines and requirements
  • Grant-maker staff and board details

It will also show users how to set up “SPIN Smarts” for daily e-blasts on grants of special interest to them and other special tools.

The webinar will be facilitated by William DeCocco of InfoEd Global, the company that operates SPIN, and is sponsored by the FIT Office of Grants and Sponsored Programs.

For more information, contact Jennifer Jones, 212 217.3620.

Registration is not required, but it helps with planning. Please register by emailing Jennifer Jones at [email protected].
