The Diversity Council is inviting proposals for educational projects, scholarly research, creative endeavors, and professional activities that promote the council’s goals of diversity, tolerance, and inclusion. President Brown established an annual fund of $15,000 to encourage the development of such projects. A maximum of $5,000 will be awarded for each winning proposal. Grant proposals are due March 1 for 2018-19 projects. For information on submitting a proposal, visit fitnyc.edu/diversitygrants.
All grant seekers must attend a workshop to be eligible to apply for funding.
The next and final workshop before the deadline is Friday, February 2, at 11:30 am in the Feldman Center, Room C904.
