FIT Named a Finalist for Campus Labs’ Collaborator Award

FIT was named a finalist for a Campus Labs’ Collaborator Award for the college’s successful integration of the online student engagement platform FITLink across campus. The effort was spearheaded by Student Life Program Coordinator Marissa Stephani, who nominated the college for the award. Campus Labs is a software company that provides technology solutions to over 1,400 universities and colleges throughout the country.

Campus Labs’ annual awards program publicly recognizes outstanding member campus contributions to higher education. The awards highlight institutions and individuals using the the organization’s platform to drive genuine improvement and bold innovation and celebrate campus commitment to continual progress and success. FITLink uses Campus Labs’ Engage software, which is used by 700 campuses nationally.

The Collaborator Award is specifically awarded to campuses that exemplify great collaboration across divisions and departments. Being named a finalist acknowledges the work Stephani and the Department of Student Life have done to provide increased awareness and access to student services and events through FITLink.
