Arthur Kopelman Leads Seal Walks at Westhampton Beach

Kopelman is the president of the Coastal Research and Education Society of Long Island or CRESLI, a group founded by experts in marine mammal science, environmental sciences, education, and conservation; CRESLI uses information compiled during these walks to catalog the seal population for research.

Walks begin Dec. 7 and are held Saturdays and Sundays through May 3 and begin at Cupsogue Beach Country Park, Westhampton Beach, New York. Click here for a full list of dates and to make a reservation; reservations are required.
