On March 19, Mallorie Dunn, adjunct faculty member in both the Center for Continuing and Professional Studies and Precollege Programs, presented “Sustainability for Every Body: The Future of Fashion Is Size Inclusive” at the United Nations’ 70th Commission on the Status of Women. Her lecture made the case that true sustainability in fashion cannot be achieved without size equity and inclusion.
Dunn is a fashion designer and researcher whose work focuses on size inclusion, accurate body data, and the intersection of equity and sustainability in the fashion industry.
