Charles Finaz de VillaineCharles Finaz de Villaine, president of Ralph Lauren Fragrance, L’Oréal, will be the guest at this week’s Faces and Places in Fashion. The Faces and Places in Fashion lecture series is a forum for prominent fashion professionals to discuss their trade, experience, and perspective on the business.

Charles Finaz de Villaine is the president of RL Fragrance at L’Oréal. He is a very creative and talented brand developer with a powerful sense of luxury. Prior to this role, he was deputy general manager at Helena Rubenstein and Carita DMI.

Finaz de Villaine joined the L’Oréal Group over 20 years ago. He grew his creative acumen and leadership style in three divisions (consumer products, professional products, and luxe) and in different ecosystems, international marketing, local markets, hubs in France and China.

On top of bespoke products and services, he also led the “Maison de beauté” project with passion and an incredible energy, working tirelessly at the search of the ultimate luxury excellence for the brand’s landmark flagship store on rue du Faubourg St. Honoré in Paris.
