Fall 2016 Senior Learners Information Session
New York State residents, 60 years of age or older, are eligible to take part in FIT’s Senior Learners program. Participants may register to audit one credit-bearing course per semester, subject to the availability of a seat in the class. Employee Wellness Program: Maintaining a Healthy Back and Neck
The Employee Wellness Program holds a lecture with licensed physical therapist/spine specialist Michael Post from NYU Langone Medical Center to provide useful information to prevent and minimize back and neck pain. Post will discuss basic spine anatomy, personal risk factors for injury, as well as recommendations for preventing injury.
