Spring 2017 Wellness Schedule

The Student-Faculty Corporation offers free lunchtime exercise classes for all faculty and staff:

January 30 through May 19

Mondays—Pilates, noon–1 pm, Room AX39
Tuesdays—Body Toning, 1–2 pm, Room BX28
Wednesdays—Cardio Core, noon–1 pm, Room AX39
Thursdays—Yoga, 1–2 pm, Room AX25
Fridays—Boot Camp, 1–2 pm, Room AX39

Locker and shower facilities are located near the gym area. You may use a locker only during class time, must bring your own combination lock, and must empty your locker after class. Eco-friendly mats are available for purchase at a discounted price of $13; bring a check, payable to FIT Student Faculty Corporation, to Human Resources, Benefits Unit, 333 Seventh Ave., 16th floor.
