Nastya Lobova, a student in the Exhibition Design MA program, won a 2015 Global Design Award from the Society for Experiential Graphic Design for her project “Money Shot,” originally created as a class assignment. “Money Shot” is a coin-shaped map designed to direct tourists in Manhattan’s Financial District to the visual attractions and photo opportunities the area provides. One judge said of her concept: “The typography, rasterized image treatment, and line art are nicely integrated into an overall language that is both informative and visually appealing.” For more information, contact Brenda Cowan, 74302.
