Research by Jordan Orfitelli, residence hall manager, titled “The Future of Work: Technology as an Optimizer for Collaboration,” was recently published on the Technology Knowledge Community blog of NAPSA, a site for student affairs administrators. This was an extension of a presentation on collaborative software they recently gave at the Association of College and University Housing Officers-International’s Business Operations Conference.
