A short story by Richie Narvaez, English and Communication Studies, titled “Room for Rent,” was selected by actor and literacy advocate LeVar Burton for his national podcast LeVar Burton Reads on Sept. 1. The story was originally published in Latinx Rising: An Anthology of Latinx Science Fiction and Fantasy, which was published in June.
