Posters from ‘Impactful Language’ Selected for Poster House Museum’s Permanent Collection

Posters from an FIT Diversity Council Grant project, Impactful Language, have been selected to enter the permanent collection of Poster House. Poster House is a new museum that will open in 2019 in Manhattan that is dedicated to presenting the impact, culture, and design of posters, both as historical documents and methods of contemporary visual communication. The creation of this museum was led by some of the most respected leaders in the field of graphic design, including Ellen Lupton, Steven Heller, and Paula Scher.

The Impactful Language project was created by Christie Shin, Curtis Willocks, Caroline Harvey, and C.J. Yeh. Learn more about the project on Newsroom here.
