Joy Davis, Fashion and Textile Studies: History, Theory, Museum Practice ’15, opened Waller Gallery, a 700-squarefoot space in Baltimore devoted to the work of artists of color, who are underrepresented in the art world. She selects artists who “want to tell a story with their work and go beyond what we’re seeing to give more context.” She also runs Unravel, a popular fashion-history podcast, with her former classmates Dana Goodin ’16 and Jasmine Helm ’15.
