Jeffrey Silberman presented “Beyond the Farm Gate: Moving Up the Cotton Supply Chain” to the board of directors and senior management of SLC Agricola on September 17. The presentation was given by video conference from the Bruce and Rita Roberts Room on the ninth floor of the Feldman Center and was delivered to attendees of their 2015 Strategic Planning Meeting. SLC Agricola, a large Brazilian farming company, is one of the world’s largest cotton producers that focuses on cotton, soybeans, and corn.
